"Chapman Manor is very clean and positive. Andre was the absolute best! I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place that has a true home feel. The rooms had character in the way they are laid out which was important for us when looking at memory care. So many places look like the plain square bedroom but you don't get that at Chapman. The memory care units have some minor turns in the walls to make it seem more like you have, or could have, two rooms. It offers a level of privacy as well. The assisted living independent living rooms were exceptionally clean and very nice. The studios as well as one and two bedrooms were fantastic. One would think a studio is small, which it is but if that is all you need, the layouts make the room seem larger. Highly recommended." MJ
