She was originally in Independent Living but has recently moved over to Assisted Living. I was so worried that she wouldn’t like it and demand to go home but by the time I left she was happy and already settling in . The facility manager made the whole process of admitting my mother very simple and painless and the professionalism really impressed me . I work in healthcare and have seen first hand how some homes and the staff that work there operate and to say it leaves a lot to be desired is a understatement and that is definitely not the case here. The communication between me and them has from the start has been quick and pleasant. Any questions I had were quickly answered and communication in this sort of situation is important.
